Days 1–3 · Okavango Delta
From Maun to Kiri Camp, a tented camp on a private concession, for three nights. Being private, it can drive off-road and at night and walk the islands with an armed guide, and when the flood is up it adds motorboat and mokoro trips. The area is known for lion and buffalo, and for wild dog.
Days 4–7 · Khwai Concession
Four nights at Little Machaba, a small, traditional tented camp on raised decks, on an island it shares with Machaba Camp.
Days 8–10 · Chobe Forest Reserve
Three nights at Ngoma Safari Lodge on the Chobe River, where the suites have private plunge pools and look across the river to Namibia. Chobe National Park is close by for game viewing.
Day 11 · Kasane
To Kasane Airport for the flight onward.

Jun – Oct (peak Jul – Sep). Peak safari coincides with the Okavango flood and the dry season, when wildlife concentrates on the water. Green season is lush, much quieter, and considerably better value.
