Do I need a visa to visit Zimbabwe?
Zimbabwe groups nationalities into three categories. Category A, which includes South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Malawi and Kenya, needs no visa. Category B, which includes the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and most of Europe, can get a visa on arrival or apply online at evisa.gov.zw. Category C nationals must obtain a visa before travelling.
All travellers are encouraged to complete the Zimbabwe Entry Declaration Form before travel. E-visas take an average of seven working days, so apply at least three weeks ahead; fees are not refundable.

Where this sits in planning a trip
Entry requirements are the traveller’s responsibility, but they shape an itinerary — a routing through a third country can change what is needed, and documents for children can take weeks to obtain. Famous Africa raises them early when planning rather than leaving them to the week before departure.
